Herzog has returned again to Peru, the land where he filmed two excellent films, Aguirre der Zorn Gottes in 1972 and, a decade later, Fitzcarraldo both with Klaus Kinski. Apparently he is filming near the Vilcanota River (AKA Wilcamayu/Huilcamayo, Urubamba) in Cusco’s Sacred Valley. This should be good…
